Coconut Berry Chia Pudding

Prep time: 10 minutes + 8 hours overnight refrigeration time

Fibres from Chia and Coconut and Vitamins and other nutrients from berries helps in detoxing.


Ingredients

● 4 Tbsp. chia Seeds

● 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

● 1/2 cup coconut cream

● 1 tsp. vanilla extract

● 2 Tbsp. granulated stevia sweetener (optional)

● 1/4 cup mixed blackberries and blueberries

 

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients, except use only half of the blueberries, in a glass bowl and cover. (you’ll use the rest of the blueberries to top it off with before serving)

2. Refrigerate for 1 hour then stir. Put back in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or overnight.

3. Spoon into bowls, top with additional berries.
