Layered Avocado, Tomato and Egg Scramble Prep and Cook time; 15 minutes Tasty and Healthy Detox Breakfast. Ingredients ● 4 eggs ● 2 tbsp. Butter ● 1 avocado, sliced ● 4 slices tomato ● 2 thin slices of red onion ● 4 leaves of lettuce of choice ● 1 tsp black sesame seeds or chia seeds ● Salt and pepper to taste   Directions 1. In heated skillet melt butter. 2. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper to taste and scramble in skillet. 3. On 2 plates, arrange and layer the lettuce, top with scrambled eggs, then onion, avocado and seeds. 4. BLT Sushi YIELDS: 2 SERVING; PREP TIME 10 MINS; COOK TIME 20 MINS; TOTAL TIME 45 MINS; Before you can say anything, we know these's aren't technically "sushi". It's just bacon rolled around some lettuce and tomatoes, but we love it and think it's super fun to call it sushi!     INGREDIENTS 10 slices bacon 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped tomatoes 1/2 avocado, diced 1 c. shredded romaine Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper   DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400° and place a wire rack over a large baking sheet. Place 5 slices bacon side by side.  2. Lift one end of every other bacon slice and place another bacon slice on top of the lifted pieces. Lay slices back. Next, lift opposite bacon slices back and place a bacon slice on top. Lay slices back down. Repeat weaving process until you have a bacon weave of 5 strips by 5 strips. Set bacon weave on prepared baking sheet. 3. Keto BLT Chaffle Sandwich This Keto BLT Chaffle Sandwich is the best keto sandwich bread I've had in more than 2 years! Wow! It's easy to make and fun to eat! We added a few extra ingredients!   INGREDIENTS  Chaffle bread ingredients 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded 1 egg 1 tbs green onion diced 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Sandwich ingredients Bacon pre-cooked Lettuce Tomato sliced 1 tbs mayo INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the mini waffle maker 2. In a small bowl, whip the egg. 3. Add the cheese, seasonings, and onion. Mix it until it's well incorporated. 4. Place half the batter in the mini waffle maker and cook it for 4 minutes. 5. If you want a crunchy bread, add a tsp of shredded cheese to the mini waffle iron for 30 seconds before adding the batter. Cutting out the ribs allows you to roll the lettuce leaf without it cracking or ripping. INGREDIENTS :- ½ avocado, peeled and pitted ⅓ cup Creamy Mayonnaise (page 137) 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme 1 (6-ounce) cooked chicken breast, chopped Sea salt Freshly ground black pepper 8 large lettuce leaves ¼ cup chopped walnuts RECIPE :- 1. INGREDIENTS :- 10 Boston lettuce leaves, washed and rinsed well  1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed  10 tablespoons cream cheese  10 thin ham slices  1 tomato, chopped  1 red chili pepper, chopped  RECIPE :- 1. Drizzle lemon juice over the lettuce leaves. Spread cream cheese over the lettuce leaves. Add a ham slice on each leaf. 2. Divide chopped tomatoes between the lettuce leaves.
