INGREDIENTS :- 180g (1 1/2 cups) mozzarella, shredded 30 ml (2 tbsp) medium-fat cream cheese, cubed 2 large eggs, beaten 40g coconut flour RECIPE :- 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with baking paper. 2. Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds and stir. Micro-wave for another 45 seconds and stir again until well incorporated. Alternatively, melt cheeses over a double boiler on the stovetop. 3. Stir egg and coconut flour into the melted cheese.
