If you don’t know about calories and macros, just download the free Carbmanager App. It will tell you How much Calorie and Macros you should have per day when on a keto diet.
If you don’t know about macros. Macros are short form of Macronutrients i.e. Carbohydrate, Proteins and Fats. On Keto Diet your 70% calorie should come from Fat, 25% from Protein and 5% from Carbohydrate (Carbs). 5% carbs equals to 20-25 gram carbs. Know your perfect carb intake by downloading the free CarbManager App.

Special Note :-
You should increase your salt, lemon juice and vitamin and mineral supplement and apple cider vinegar intake when on keto, and drink lots and lots of water, because all these help in better digestion of fat and help you in reaching ketosis fast with no keto flu symptoms.
