Spicy Mexican Eggs and Greens Skillet

The spices and greens in this dish helps in detoxing.
Ingredients:
● 4 eggs
● 2 tbsp. butter
● 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
● 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped
● 4 tbsp. Goat cheese, or organic cheddar
● 1 tsp. Cumin seasoning
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 2 tsp. All natural Salsa
Directions
1. Heat butter in skillet on medium high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, salt and pepper, cumin and
jalapenos.
3. Pour into skillet, keep flipping until eggs are done.
4. Top skillet with cheese.
5. Cover and let cheese melt, then top with chopped cilantro
before serving.
6. Drizzle with salsa before serving
