Salmon Salad
Prep time: 20 minutes
Lemons, Greens and spices makes this salad detoxifying
Ingredients:
● 1 can wild caught salmon
● 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
● 3 cups mixed salad greens
● 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
● 1/8 cup olive oil
● 1 lemon, juiced
● 1 sprigs dill weed, chopped
● 1 pinch garlic powder
● Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk ingredients for dressing, set
aside.
2. Drain salmon, and blend gently with greens, eggs, and
tomatoes.
3. Drizzle each bowl with dressing and lightly toss before serving.
