Cheesy Chicken Drumsticks

Chicken, spices, lots of cheese… what’s not to love about these low-carb, creamy drumsticks?
Peanut oil has a high smoke point; you can use unrefined sunflower oil and avocado oil, too.
INGREDIENTS :-
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups baby spinach
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon shallot powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated
RECIPE :-
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Then cook the chicken for 7 minutes, turning occasionally; reserve.
2 .Pour in broth; add cream cheese and spinach; cook until spinach has wilted. Add the chicken back to the pan.
3. Add seasonings and Asiago cheese; cook until everything is thoroughly heated, an additional 4 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
