All the ingredients are mixed together, and then your cakes cook in the microwave for about 1 minute.
In addition, there are endless varieties of flavors; you can add fruits, cocoa, chocolate, and different spices. Easy!
INGREDIENTS :-
4 tablespoons psyllium husk flour
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
5 tablespoons almond flour
4 tablespoons Monk fruit powder
A pinch of salt A pinch of grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons full-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
RECIPE :-
1. Thoroughly combine all of the above ingredients in lightly greased mugs.
2. Then, microwave your cakes for 1 minute. Bon appétit!
