Italian Cheese Crisps
(Ready in about 10 minutes | Servings 4)
Simple and fun, with just 5 minutes prep, these crisps are much better and healthier than classic potato chips or any other processed snack you can find.
INGREDIENTS :-
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
RECIPE :-
1. Start by preheating an oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
2. Mix all of the above ingredients until well combined.
3. Then, place tablespoon-sized heaps of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake at the preheated oven for 8 minutes, until the edges start to brown. Allow the cheese crisps to cool slightly; then, place them on paper towels to drain the excess fat. Enjoy!
