Cheesy Brussels Sprouts
(Ready in about 25 minutes | Servings 4)
Brussels sprouts are loaded with vitamin K, fiber, and antioxidants.
Sesame oil is helpful in lowering blood sugar levels.
INGREDIENTS :-
3/4 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 sprig dried thyme
Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
6 ounces Colby cheese, shredded
RECIPE :-
1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Lightly grease a baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the baking pan. Drizzle them with peanut oil.
3. Toss with parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Roast in the preheated oven approximately 18 minutes.
4. Add Colby cheese and roast an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
