One-Minute Keto Chocolate Milk

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk (480 ml/ 16 fl
oz)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder (11 g/ 0.4 oz)
2 level tbsp almond butter (32 g/ 1.1 oz) or nut or seed
butter of choice
1 tsp vanilla powder or 2-3 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
pinch pink Himalayan or sea salt (only if not in the almond
butter)
4 ice cubes or more
4 – 6 drops Stevia, or to taste
Instructions
1. Blitz all the ingredients together in a high speed blended like a Vitamix and serve.
2. Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day.
