These Keto Sloppy Joes are the perfect balance of sweet,
salty and tangy. They are a classic American comfort food and the ground beef
mixture is easy on the budget.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive
Oil
1 small Onion
diced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Ground
Beef
1 small Red Pepper
diced
7 ounces Tomato
Passata
¼ cup Sugar-Free
Tomato Ketchup
1 ½ tablespoon
Sukrin Gold
1 ½ tablespoon
Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ tablespoon Red
Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
Powder
½ teaspoon Pepper
ground
6 Keto Burger Buns
to serve
1 cup Cheddar
Cheese shredded
Instructions
1. Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil,
onion and salt. Saute for 3-5 minutes until the onion has turned translucent.
2. Add the ground beef saute while breaking up, until
browned.
3. Add the remaining ingredients (except the buns and
cheddar) and mix well.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until it is thick and saucy.
5. Serve on a toasted Keto Burger Bun, topped with cheddar
cheese.
