Double Cheese and Sausage Balls

INGREDIENTS :-
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Colby cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons Romano cheese, freshly grated
1 egg
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
RECIPE :-
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix until everything is well incorporated.
2. Shape the mixture into balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 360 degrees F for about 18 minutes.
3. Serve warm or cold. Bon appétit!
