Spinach with Paprika and Cheese

(Ready in about 10 minutes | Servings 4)

INGREDIENTS :-

1 tablespoon butter, room temperature 

1 clove garlic, minced 

10 ounces spinach

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste 

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

3 ounces cream cheese 

1/2 cup double cream


RECIPE :-

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan that is preheated over medium heat. Once hot. Cook garlic for 30 seconds.

2. Now, add the spinach; cover the pan for 2 minutes to let the spinach wilt. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper Stir in cheese and cream; stir until the cheese melts. 

Serve immediately.
